The Standard King Room had all the necessary facilities. Very good quality of sleep. Omar at the reception offered great assistance, speaking Russian made communication easy. The staff were nice. Yağmur really stood out for her kindness and support. the Wi-Fi was problematic. It often cut out, forcing me to purchase a costly data package for connectivity. That was frustrating. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to many major attractions and interesting spots. a pleasant experience despite the Wi-Fi issues.

The breakfast each morning was delicious and varied, with special recognition to Mr Riza, whose genuine care made every dining experience memorable. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch as they were regularly cleaned and maintained with high standards. The staff's attentiveness, especially from the older gentleman who welcomed me daily, made me feel valued and at home throughout my stay.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was more of a guessing game. frequently dropping out, it forced me to purchase an expensive data package just to stay connected. having a room facing the wall led to a bit of noise if windows were opened, and I found the housekeeping a touch pushy during cleaning times.
